You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

Separation, relationship change and other challenging periods can affect almost every part of life — your identity, your confidence, your relationship with your children, your routines, your social life, and your sense of what comes next.

And sometimes the pressure starts to show up physically too. You may feel constantly on edge, exhausted, overwhelmed, unable to switch off, or simply unlike yourself.

You may be experiencing:

  • Feeling lost or unsure of who you are after separation

  • Worry about staying close and connected with your children

  • Stress around co-parenting or communication

  • Loneliness during the time you don’t have your children

  • Guilt, frustration or uncertainty about parenting

  • Difficulty adjusting to a new family structure

  • Loss of confidence or direction

  • Struggling to rebuild friendships, purpose or a social life

  • Wanting to move forward without carrying the past with you

  • Feeling constantly stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or on edge

  • Running on empty or burnt out while still trying to work and be there for your children

  • Finding it hard to switch off, rest or give yourself any space

  • Feeling like you're functioning rather than actually living

You don’t need to have all the answers.

Coaching can give you space to slow things down, think clearly, focus on what you can control, and take practical steps toward feeling steadier and becoming the kind of father — and person — you want to be.

I’m a dad, experienced people leader and qualified life coach.

I know how painful, demanding and overwhelming major life change can be. It can shake your sense of identity, your confidence, your routines, your relationships and your idea of what the future was supposed to look like.

And when you’re trying to manage separation, parenting, work, finances, conflict and everything else at once, the pressure can build. You can find yourself exhausted, constantly on edge, unable to switch off, or simply trying to hold everything together.

As a dad, there can be another layer of pressure — wanting to stay strong and present for your children while carrying your own grief, uncertainty and exhaustion in the background.

Through my own experiences, and nearly 20 years in leadership, coaching and people development, I’ve learned the value of having someone beside you who can listen without judgement, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and support you to move forward one step at a time.

My coaching is practical, grounded and compassionate. I help dads navigate separation, strengthen their relationship with their children, manage the pressure that can come with major life change, rebuild confidence, and create a life that feels meaningful again.

My Approach

My coaching approach is grounded, practical and non-judgemental.

Separation, relationship change, prolonged stress and major life change can leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, uncertain and disconnected from the person — and father — you want to be.

Sometimes moving forward starts with slowing things down — understanding what is putting your system under pressure, creating space to recover, and finding simple ways to feel more grounded before tackling the bigger questions.

My role is not to tell you what to do or how to parent.

It is to give you space to think clearly, understand what matters most, work through what is getting in the way, and take practical steps toward stronger relationships, greater confidence and a life that feels meaningful again.

We focus on what you can control, what kind of dad you want to be, and how you want the next chapter of your life to look.
